Deals. Models. Markets.
I’m a Finance M.Sc. candidate at HHL Leipzig and CFA Level I passer, focused on valuation, M&A, leveraged finance and investment analysis.
Before HHL, I spent nearly six years at UBS across analytical, regulatory and product-facing roles — experience I now bring to financial modelling and transaction-focused problem solving.

About
I combine institutional execution experience with hands-on financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis.
I’m Arpith, currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Finance at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management after nearly six years at UBS.
My interest today is firmly in investment finance: understanding businesses, building financial models, valuing companies, analysing capital structures and thinking through transactions from both an investor and advisory perspective.
At HHL, I’ve been deliberately building that toolkit through corporate valuation, M&A, private equity, advanced corporate finance and financial modelling, alongside passing CFA Level I in June 2026.
My previous experience at UBS gives me a different foundation from someone entering finance directly from university. I’ve worked on complex, business-critical initiatives inside a global financial institution, dealt with imperfect data, regulatory constraints, senior stakeholders and high-stakes execution. I now want to bring that analytical discipline and execution mindset into transaction and investment-focused finance.
Experience
UBS
2019 — 2025 · Pune, India
Nearly six years across data analytics, regulatory reporting, post-merger integration and product management within UBS’s Data Management organisation.
Across those roles, I progressed from intern to Product Manager while working on business-critical initiatives spanning regulatory reporting, enterprise data quality, major migrations and the UBS–Credit Suisse integration.
The common thread was analytical problem solving: understanding complex information, identifying what matters, building decision-ready outputs, coordinating stakeholders and executing accurately under deadlines.
